Babylon has great restuarants.

Bellissimo on Montauk highway/merrick road in Amityville, Pretty new, food was yummy. DH thinks they are a little pricey, but I never saw the bill so can't say for sure, but the menu prices looked pretty average.

In Babylon we like the Argyle Grill, Don Ricardos and the Carriage House

Gemelli's...DEF! If they have the Veal Ossobuco on the menu you should try that...it's excellent! So is the flourless chocolate torte for dessert.
