I would check out spice market... also, depending on the amount of people you are having, they have pre-set menus that are decently priced and private rooms- http://www.spicemarketnewyork.com/private-dining-downtown.php
Also, I would check out Juliets which is a supperclub.

Caliente Cab !! We went here and the food was great and reasonable. They have indoor and outdoor seating and have a dj playing music. the drinks are great too !

Maracas is fun! It's a fun party atmosphere but not over the top.
Also, for my sister's B party we got a room at Japas 38, where we had unlimited sushi and drinks and karaoke all night! SO fun! Not sure if you are into that but it was a blast!

It isn't NYC, but Prime in Huntington is awesome. I have been to three bachelorette parties there.

I've been there a few times and it really is a great place. They have private rooms or you can party on the main floor. The live music and the rolled cigars makes the place so much fun not to mention the food is amazing.
