I need a place that has a private room big enough for a dance floor and DJ...we are going to have a jack and jill cocktail shower and don't have any idea on where to begin looking without getting into the big catering halls...the shower will be in the evening...
TIA!

Katy Daly's in Massapequa. We just had my dad's 60th birthday party there. They have a great party room with a dance floor and stage for a DJ. Also, great food!

George Washington Manor in Roslyn. They are a mix between a restaurant (they have a restaurant part) and a hall (private banquet rooms). I would highly recommend them. They also had a separate chapel that I used to get married.
