Basically, if it is a $25 coupon, it is usually only $10, but with 80% off, it is $2! GREAT DEAL!
My parents leased a car for me and FH so we wouldn't have to put a lien on our credit right now and they paid the down payment, so I bought them like 10 of these!

no, you can't combine. most of the gift certificates have a bunch of restrictions (certain days of week, minimum purchase, etc.)
some of them you can get a gift certificate for $100, but then there is a $200 minimum purchase.
With most of the minimums for $25 gift certificates are only $35 though which is easy to spend at any restaurant.

it's a website where you basically buy restaurant 'vouchers' for a cheap price - usually they are $10 for a $25 off voucher. But right now they are 80% off so if it is usually $10, then they are only $2!

no, you can't Only one per table and some places have a minimum (you have to spend 50).
Still it's a great deal since you only paid $2 for 25 of that $50. Only really paying 27 bucks for two.
