Re: Restaurants in Astoria?
L'incontro is the best, amazing food and fancy...make sure they make a reservation. Its italian food.
IF they want something different theres a french and spaniard fusion restaurant, food is real good and not typical food you find in a restaurant, and its a real nice cozy place, very modern.
is they like sushi then Watawa

MEZZO MEZZO - Really good food, its like a tappas place, very European www.mezzomezzony.com
AGANATI - The best Greek specialties
STAMATIS - Greek food

Yeah CAVO is such a nice place. Have you been recently? They re-did the whole place and it looks amazing. There are sections where you can sit and have dinner, and the food is yummy. During the weekday its less crazy and calm, I went a couple of Saturdays ago and I had a blast.

well this kid threatened a bouncer with a pipe and the bouncer punched the kid and hit him so hard his neck snapped and killed the kid so thats why it closed, too bad. I like city clubs, some do get annoying but it can be the same there too, go in there and still see a bunch of people you know...Well i notice that all the greek people in the neighborhood like going to greek spots and where they play alot of greek music so thats a big reason im sure you like going...I grew up in astoria and believe it or not the friends i hang out with all the time are not greek lol which is weird...I do know alot of greek people obviously and we hang out with greek friends here and there but the ones i always go out with none are greek.

Hmmm i am surprised you didn't mention Ammos for a restaurant. I think out of all the greek restaurants in astoria that is the nicest one. I love how they did up the place, infact I wanted tohave my e-party there at first but for saturday i would've had to end it early and didnt want to do that.
