Do you have a specific area of Suffolk in mind?

If you're looking for an RD, try Pomodorino's in Hauppauge- they have a separate room. We had our RD at Olio's in Commack- we had about 50 people- it was a little tight, but their food and their price, cannot be beat!

Anywhere in Suffolk is fine...from Babylon to Riverhead....any food is good....Italian...Chinese...
if they include drinks (beer and wine) in the price, even better!

We are having our RD at Lotus East in St. James (chinese food). The food's great, and so are the prices. For $5 more pp, it includes unlimited soda, wine and beer.

Another option:
Butterfields in Smithtown/Hauppauge

Sonoma Grill in Holbrook. I went to a few showers there. Great food, great service. They have a separate party room, which was great.

We had our E-Party at Molly Malone's in Bay Shore and it was great! Their upstairs room is HUGE - we had like 50 people and we could've fit another 50 in there easily! Everyone raved to my parents about what a great place it was! HTH!

I am doing my RD at the Ground Round in PJS, unless it is not nice looking. I can let you know, I am going tomorrow. They have a separate room upstairs that can hold 60 people. they have 2 sit down menus or 5 buffet choices from 17.95-to about 25. Includes soda, coffee, cake. Seems nice.
