Resturants

Can anyone tell me good resturants...On Long Island not past Medford, That has a water view or garden view. A friend from NJ needs a place for a small family gathering. They are open to anything!

105 harbor in cold spring harbor...you might have to call ahead to request the window tables...and it's just cold spring harbor, but water is water.

I agree, definitely try Freeport's Nautical Mile, towards the end there are pretty place with great food and water views.

I've always wanted to try this place!

we went for either my bday or our 'anniversary' (they are a week apart...i honestly can't be sure...but i am leaning towards my bday)....it was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they had these 'fritters' for an appetizer....OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Molly Malone's ... I took my mom there two weeks ago. They had a party going on at the time - there's a seperate room for that, and they have a patio on the back that's on the canal.

The Riverview has the BEST FOOD!

If they're not locked into the whole view thing, though, my favorite restaurant's of late are Bella Vita City Grill in Saint James, and Bliss in Stony Brook. Both have delicious food and a good wine list.

The Crescent Beach Club has a beautiful restaurant and bar as well as catering facility. We just went to a wedding there a few weeks ago and are planning to go back for a family dinner in July. The food was fantastic and the view was amazing.
