Resume HELP!

Does anyone have a good resume template or sample? I haven't done one in 3+ years and I'm rusty.

you could try to google one online, but i wouldn't recommend doing that on your job's server

Actually, I am trying to stay within my company but doing something else or a different department/project and they are aware of that and trying to help me. They have been really supportive about it since they know I am bored but want to keep me.

Just trying to get a leg up on the resume since I may be asked shortly...
