Re: Resume help
Perhaps you could put down any accomplishments you acheived. Or any new procedures you implemented while you were there.

Re: Resume help
All you can do is write what you've done. It'll be obvious when people see your starting date that this is the reason why you don't have much listed. Don't worry.....

Re: Resume help
So it is the same company doing the same thing - is it for the same dept or group? If so, I would just have the date ranges reflect the time you worked there and leave it as one job on your resume.

Re: Resume help
yes same company, same group, same everything.
i left in feb and came back in sept. (i was covering fro a girl who was on maternity leave, she came back and now she officially left the company and they asked me to come back to temp)
it wont look funny like this
September 2003-Present company abc Temporary.....
December 2002-February 2003 company abc list of projects here (bulleted) 1 2 3 4
December 2002-September 2003 big name company 1 2 3 4
etc............
thanks so much
also when should i hand this in...i was told about this today, so should i hand in my resume tomorrow

Re: Resume help
I would put it like this:
September 2003 - Present December 2002 - February 2003 Big Name Company Temporary [Name of Position] List Responsilbilities
I would give the resume asap.

Re: Resume help
Similar to what Christine was saying I would do....except I think she expressed it better than I did above.
I think it will look off if you separate it out and you are doing the same thing for the same people at the same place -also monotonous and take up valuable space where you can be highlighting other achievements.

Re: Resume help
I agree with putting it all together...actually on my teaching resume...I list all the teaching jobs ...then I put all my duties grouped together (b/c teaching is teaching)
also make sure to use very active verbs....and include anything that you improved for the company...

Re: Resume help
Good to start bullets w/the action verbs as said above.
Some examples........
Increased Developed Improved
You get my drift..........
