Im sure you girls have experienced buyer's remorse some time during the wedding planning process...lol
I am wondering if we spent too much on our DJ We are paying $2500 for the following No MC (didnt want one) 5hrs (ceremony and reception) Advanced Lighting and perimeter lighting Percussionist 1 Plasma

Re: Rethinking DJ
It's not so much the price that concerns me, but rather how comfortable I feel with the vendors and the quality fo their work. You booked them for a reason--you liked their customer service, or the music, or something--and you thought it was worth the price you paid, so don't overthink!

Re: Rethinking DJ
PS - one of my relatives paid $1300 for a DJ & MC only, no lighting, percussionist, plasma tv.

Re: Rethinking DJ
I feel that if you're price included an MC,then it'd probably be about average. But if you didn't want an MC, then who cares about getting one. There are definitely places out there that are cheaper, but like the other poster said, you tend to choose these people for a reason. There must've been something you liked that drew you to this vendor.

hello fellow DM bride!! I think that price isn't so bad......we paid about $800 more than you, our package was similar to yours- but we did have an MC, two plasma screens (instead of 1), but we didn't have a percussionist. do you mind me asking which company you're using?
