Retro Jordans

DH realizes at 11am that today was the day they were coming out 2 hrs and 5 stores later we finally got them. I dont even think they are all that

I saw a girl wearing them on the subway today, and I flashed back to when I was 12, and thought I was the absolute SH!T in my Jordans...

wore them all untied and everything!!!

I still have my original pair from 1985. You can tell they are real because of how I used them to help me cheat on a Spanish test as I tried to conjugate the verb 'dar' in the past tense(Pic 2). I speak spanish rather well thanks to Michael Jordan.

ETA:I can STILL wear them - I have been a size 9 for a long time!

I cringed whenever I had to conjugate 'to be'. It made no sense to me!!

I'd totally buy those sneakers if they came in green. But I just bought myself a new pair of New Balance this weekend. Oh well.

These are the stupid sneakers we went all over queens crazy looking for - and he plans on saving them in a box in the closet

Those don't look that retro to me! But I like the fuzzy green one anyway. I almost bought lime green/white sneaker shoes but they didn't have my size. DH was thankful.
