FH and I live together BUT my parents are paying for the RH and we are paying for everything else. FH's parents aren't paying, but my dad didn't care and wanted the invites to say:
Mr. & Mrs. My parents & Mr. & Mrs. FH's parents request the honor.........
Should I have my parent's address as the return address? with my name? or with my parent's name?

My return address was on the back and it was just the address. (FH and I live in an apartment and return address was my parents house)

My parents are paying for Reception and their names were on the invite and it is their name and address that is the return address

I'm using our address....everyone basically knows we live together (though FH's mom likes to pretend we don't) and my mom is tired of getting my mail.

I would just put your address and no names. This way if it does get sent back to you for whatever reason you can just send out a new one without having to get it from your parent's first.

My invite wording is similar even though FH family is not paying. We are paying with some help from my family. I am very traditional so I used my fathers return address. I go back every few days to pick up the rsvps. Gives me a reason to go visit!

ask your parents if they want the responsibility of getting the RSVP cards
for some reason, my mom wanted that. i didnt care (although i had to double check her #s!!)
