Do I have them addressed to me? me & fh? Just our last names? I think the return address will literally just be an address but I'm not sure about the response envelopes!

return address is just an address
response cards I wanted to have my last name/his last name, but my invite lady told me just my name...So that is what we did.

The return address on the invite itself just had our address on it. The response envelope had my name & our address on it.

For return address, we just had our address, no names.
For RSVP's, it was my last name/his last name and our address.
