Did you get any invitations returned in the mail that you didn't bother to send back out? I got one back for a great uncle in Florida who I honestly don;t think I have ever met... and it has been sitting on my counter for over a week... I have no desire to find out what was wrong with his address to send it back out....
Is that horrible of me?

I got only 1 back...and it was from an aunt in FL who I have met once (ha @ the similarities between mine and yours!). I ended up sending it back. I didn't want her to get offended and think she wasn't invited when her son was invited.
I can totally understand not bothering with it either though.

The thought of going back to the post office makes me ill. UGH. If I had any stamps left I would just send it from my house.

oh I was able to cheat on this one! I made her a new invite and took off the things that made it have to be hand cancelled (the bow and some bling). Then I just put an extra stamp on that sucker and threw it in the mailbox. If I had to go to the post office, I would never have sent it again lol There was nooooo way I was going back there to send 1 invite lol

OMG I feel the same way. I got a save the date returned from an uncle down in NC and I have no desire to find a new address for him. I will...but I have a feeling that when I send out invites, I'm going to have no motivation to re-send any returns...

We got one back and it's been sitting in my room for 2 weeks lol. It's FMIL's friend from when FH was little. She has to call them and tell them about the invite being sent back. Not my problem lol.
