Reupholster Company VENT!
I would advise everyone to stay away from this Company, B&S Reupholstery.
Terrible customer service. Terrible. They made an app't with me to come look at my dining room chairs I wanted reupholstered. Then they call and cancel at the last minute. So we make it for the next night. The next night comes and they never show up! I call the next day and she goes I am not coming all the way to Long Island just to give an estimate!!!![]()
So I was like then why did you make an app't with me, she had no answer.
So I told her she made a mistake becuase she just lost a sale, and she goes well you are not the only person in the World!![]()
