We are thinking of reusing the BM bouquets in the centerpieces, but do not know what to do about when the bridal party is introduced. should the BM/GM walk arm in arm with the bm emptyhanded or should they be holding something? We thought about ribbon wands or fans, but i am not sure if that will call attention to the fact that we are reusing the bouquet. thoughts?
Half the centerpieces will be tall and half will be the bouquets is vases.

the ribbons could be fun - but i dont think anyone will notice if they are empty handed.

i think empty handed is easier actually. i was just in a wedding and the bouquet made my entrance harder.

The last wedding I was in we held the bouquets and did the arch for the bride and groom to walk through.

I think empty-handed will be fine. Nobody will notice or care and it saves you a ton. You can still do an arch entrance without bouquets.

don't you want the room to be setup when people get there for cocktail hour instead of them setting up and reusing the bouquets? what if something happens to a bouquet before hand? what if the flowers start to wilt? they usually do throughout the day.. nobody would notice if they walk in empty handed but your sweetheart table will look empty because all the bouquets usually line on there to make it look nice for photos.. idk if i would go this route. why don't you find a cheaper florist?
