Yeah, he mentioned that he got some girl PG while in high school, but it turned out to not be true (oddly enough this is VERY similiar to Simon's one time girlfriend who cried preggers in hopes for a ring...are the writers forgetting what they write???). Kevee was bumping uglies long before Miss Lucy took over his life. Such trifling matters in the Camden household.
