review Bellagio Limo's
I had used Bellagio Limo's for a friends 25th birthday this past july. We had used them to go out to the hamptons.
When we booked the limo we were shown one, which we had fallen in love with, and subsequently booked. When the limo arrived that evening we were sent another limo that we had not seen. The limo was a smaller size than what we had requested (we requested a 14 passenger and was sent a 12 passenger...there were 14 people in total...). So we say whatever we still have a limo, pay the driver and we get on our way to the hamptons. When we get to the place (the white house) there were no issues then the birthday girl decides she wants to go somewhere else. So we call up the limo driver (who was annoyed we wanted to go somewhere else) to ask him to pick us up and take us to neptune's.
We get to neptunes no problem, the driver says he will park down the road and wait for us there...about one hour into having a good time there one of us gets a phone call from the limo driver 'the cops are giving me a hard time...you are taking too long, i am leaving good luck getting home' this is what the limo driver says to us...that he is leaving us in the hamptons with no way of getting back...so of course we all panic and someone calls back and BEGS the driver to come back for us saying when he gets there we will all get into the limo immediately and leave...when the driver gets back we still had 3 hours left on the limo but we were willing to eat the time and just take the hour ride back and go home...well the ride home took 3 hours!!! the drive drove around in circles (even after we asked him to stop and take us home...) and when he got upset we asked him to take us home he turned off the air conditioner and fan's in the back of the limo...so the 3 hour ride back home was in complete heat and humditiy...
it was an absolute disaster with this driver...the actions of this driver have reflected poorly on Bellagio Limo's and i would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone...
If you have a choice between this company and another...pick the other one...
