Review of Bliss Production
Hello girls, I promised that I would post mini-reviews of all my vendors I'm visiting this and next week.
So, here's my mini-review of Bliss Productions:
First off we had a hard time finding the place. Not because of directions or anything like that because the building is right on Hillside Ave, but more because there aren't any signs on the building for Bliss and the building number isn't lighted. We actually passed it and had to turn around and only when we were right on top of the building did we realize that was where we needed to be.
So we go upstairs, we wait a little bit because he was with a customer reviewing his wedding video. So we sat and filled out a form with our info, nothing major. He finished with the groom and escorted us into a room so that we could view a video...asked how we heard about them..told him about Sasha (gotta love her!
) then we viewed the video...
The video was nice, I liked it, it wasn't cheesy and didn't look very in your face which I liked. Very classy, looks like one of those 'A Wedding Story' type videos just minus all the talking. So the guy (I can't remember his name but he was nice and is the videographer) talked us through the different aspects of the particular video we were watching. Once we were done with the video he gave us a price list and we went over it, said our thanks and good-byes and left.
FH didn't like it because there wasn't a lot of 'live' footage, it seemed more like we were watching a movie on TV rather than someone's wedding. To an extent I agreed because it did seem a little impersonal.
So for us, Bliss just isn't the right fit. But the prices weren't all that bad and the video work is good so they're definitely worth looking at!
But for us, Wild Rose is the front runner so far. If people want I can post a review of them as well, just let me know.
