Review of wedding at the Carlton
First of all, I have to say the food was delicious, but it wasn't your traditional wedding. The ceremony was held upstairs in a loft/attic looking room, which was pretty but kind of dark.
Then we went into a larger room for mimosas and punch. Then we went into another room for brunch. It was a buffet with breakfast and lunch dishes - like I said the food was really good. The service was great.
What I didn't like was that we all didn't fit in the room. Some people had to sit in another room, where the bar was. I thought that was a little weird. There was no dj or band, just a tape of lite music playing.
Like I said, this isn't a great review b/c it wasn't a standard wedding, but for anyone having it at the Carlton I wouldn't worry about the food or service.
