yikes! thats nuts about the glove!!! well even tho it was not the best wedding of the year, i hope the bride and grrom were happy and had a great day. you certainly can't beat this weather!

where did I say good laugh? I dont see that- It doesnt say good laugh anywhere? all I said was the rabbi made me laugh b/c he used the same story at my ceremony

on newlywed I said laugh and SHOCK b/c most people at the table where hysterical
Shirley, did you book there? people should know so they can make sure it doesnt happen to them that was very careless of them and the hostess was insensitive to make a joke about it, IMO

Wow...I cant believe she found a piece of a glove in her food. I used to work at the Sands....doing Valet Parking. I thought it was a beautiful place. I have eatin the food before also...I remember it being so so...
Im glad I didnt think of the SANDS for our wedding....

wow.. that's horrible. My mother would have freaked out and made a scene and blamed me. I'm glad your mother kept her composure, but that's horrible!!

Shirley - if you booked there, you can call your banquet manager and let them know you heard some negative feedback - any reputatable hall will want to rectify their problems asap, and make sure it doesn't happen at your wedding.

I bet they spent a fortune too at the Sands!!! There are some real sham artists out there when it comes to catering halls! If the B&G knew, they would probably die after what you spend pp there! What a shame!
