Review template needed!

Is there a template to use or do I have to do it all by myself? If so, it may never get done. Can anyone help? I really want to get my review out there this month!

I've never heard of a template, but why not use this which I just made up:

Vendors List (if they apply to you):
RH
Church
Photographer
Video
Officiant
Florist
Limos
DJ/Band
Hair
Makeup
Dress
Veil
Shoes
Garter
BM Dresses
MOB dress
MOG dress
Tuxes
Invitations
DOC
Bridal Party gifts
Honeymoon
Accessories
DIY's

Go down the list and type up information one by one on each vendor. Give the name of the vendor you used, contact info, and your review of that vendor. Example:

Photographer
Duet
www.duetwedding.com
A+
We were very pleased with Duet. They did this and this that made our day wonderful and the pictures look great. Bla bla bla.

Then maybe insert some pictures that pertain to this vendor.

Then continue with the next vendor, etc. I would do the entire review in Word and then paste it vendor by vendor into one post (vendor by vendor so you can 'Insert Web Image' under each particular vendor - so you don't just have pics at the end of your post).
