She did my friend's hair for her wedding & was very friendly. My friend loved her trial & booked her immediately but her day of hair (although still very pretty) looked absolutely nothing like her trial so she was disappointed. In Rosanna's defense, my friend didn't have the pic of her day-of hair to show her though but that really isn't an excuse especially when you're paying a lot of money b/c to ensure nothing goes wrong. Despite this issue, her BM's hair came out great & held the entire night and my friend's hair was still beautiful too.
