Has anyone been to/had an affair qat Rex Manor in Brooklyn. The assistant at my doctor said tonight that its a nice place. If you had an affair there, do you know what there rates are.
Thank you

Re: Rex Manor
I've never been to a wedding there but I have been to a communion a year ago (I actually had my sweet 16 there but that was 10 years ago!). The food was great, they've redone it and I've always only heard good things about it. Are you looking in Brooklyn, cause I live here and may be able to give you feedback about other places Good Luck!

We looked at the Grand Prospect Hall - very unique facility and they seemed very $$$$ flexible!!!

Re: Rex Manor
We had our last 2 Christmas parties there from work and to be honest my friends and I didn not really care for the food at all. I've never been there for a wedding though.
I am getting married in Brooklyn at a place called Sirico's in Brooklyn. They have a great reputation around here. I would definitely recommend that you check them out.
They are reasonable and extremely pleasant to deal with. Plus their food is excellent!!!!

Re: Rex Manor
Okay-I had a graduation party at the REX about two years age and everyone raved about the food, including my critical family. The Rex can be a nice place for a wedding, but if you are looking in Brooklyn, look at Giando's on the Water. I wanted my wedding there-it's simple and classy and it's in Williamsburg. I don't know your budget or the size of you wedding, but that was my favorite in Brooklyn. I think it might be more money than the rex. I live in Brooklyn-I'm excited to see a possible Brooklyn Bride on here!
