Ok with less than 1 month to go i still havent met with my hall to go over the menu---when did you ladies go and finalize your menu??? DId your hall call you or did you have to call to make the appt??

I got a letter in the mail from the Watermill, we went last week to do our Menu. I would def. call.

I went over my menu one (yes, one) week prior. Only though because we had to get the cash together. Might i also add, DH didnt bring the placecards and favors to the hall till 10:00pm the NIGHT before the wedding. Thats how we roll though!
Call em up and ask them to make an appt. I'm sure you'll be ok

they mailed a letter w/ a bunch of stuff and saying to call them by a certain date to set up the appointment to pick menu & stuff

I just had mine yesterday and I called them to book it.
They did send me a letter a few weeks ago reminding me to make an appointment. My place is Jericho Terrace.
Can you believe only 28 days to go!!!!

I was told I'm getting a letter in the mail about 4-6 weeks prior...so if I don't hear in 2 weeks I'm going to follow up.

2 months before - we called them & had to do it over the phone since we live 2 hrs away. but we had done food tasting about a week before I called in the menu so it was all good.

They sent us a letter we had our appointment with them a few weeks ago. I would definitely call them
