RH- always need appointments?

RH- always need appointments?

Hey ladies,

I was going to start looking at reception halls, but i was wondering if you always need to have an appointment to check of the rooms.

I know it would be a good idea, but is it always necessary?

THANKS!

i would say yes.. just to make sure the room you want to see is available.. and that someone is there to show it to you!

If its a weekend- you should try to have an appointment- they might have a wedding going on (unless its really early). During the week though you can probably just go in. It's a good idea to have an appointment, but when we were looking we went to a few places without one adn they ALWAYS help you (they want your business!)

Most of the RH we have been to wanted us to make an appointment. Good luck!

i walked in to the majority of my appointments, but then again they were not able to show us the rooms since there were events going on. before we booked w/ fox hollow, we made sure to go back to see the room at another time before booking

We made appointments everywhere we went bc I wanted to make sure we could get into the rooms and see what they looked like...Its a good idea to make an appointment rather than just show up.

its a good idea to make an appointment because you will get more information if you can sit with a banquet manager. some halls you may be able to call ahead, for instance..i went to see the venetian yacht club and then called sand castle to see if they were open and they just told me to swing by

I agree with the other girls. You probably do need an appointment.

The RH I booked was the only one I saw and I had an appointment. I would assume with all of them that you would need one.

I mostly made appointments, but I did a few walk ins and I was treated just as well at those places as I was at the ones with appointments.

I did a walk-in for Chateau Briand and for Crest Hollow Country Club... both went well.

I would make an appointment. That way you dont have to wait around too much (you usually do even with an appointment)
