i have the BEST recipe for pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing...is it completely off the wall to maybe give them the recipe and have them at my wedding? or do you think i could make them and bring them?

edit// i don't think i made this clear that they are a friend/family fave...they are insane!! oh and they tie into my possible orange/fall theme too.

I think it would be ok to ask them to make them and see what they say. I actually saw this on one of the wedding shows, where the bride brought recipes and said she wanted certain things made. The chef said he would make the dishes but he wouldn't follow her recipes to the T.

i got married at flowerfield and they came right out and said if there was anything we would wat them to make, we would just tell the chef and they would make it happen... so i would ask them!
