Its 4 tiers, but we get to choose the design, flavors, and filling.

Its from Cardinali's Bakery (Huntington, Syosset) - they have great stuff.

Not sure yet. NRC does not do the fondont cakes which we like so we are unsure. It depends if we find something nice in the whipped/butter cream. Ordering from an outside bakery makes me nervous....
