RH Colors
Do you need to match the reception hall? I'm getting married at LOmbardi's on the Sound and would like to do a beachy theme with aqua BM dresses and some aqua accents. This room has giant Mauve curtains. Will this totally clash?

I dont think mauve clashes with aqua... try to put the colors next to them or ask if you can do a table prep before hand!
i thought about that too at first. But my room is actually yellow so theres not much that matches it. I dont think it matters at all. nobody will pay attention to if your dresses match the walls. Its just a detail that only us brides would notice!
Oh really did they change those curtains? I know they were talking about it but did not think they would actually do it. I hate those curtains so that would be GREAT!
are you having a day or night wedding? if you are having a night wedding i wouldnt worry about it that much
It is in the evening.
if its in the evening, it'll prob be dim in there with candle lighting, so people won't notice the curtains as much. don't worry about it, IMO people usually don't focus on that stuff!
Thank you girls
I'm not trying to match the hall, but it's good not to clash with it...I don't think ur colors will clash..
I don't think your colors will clash, but I really don't think anyone will notice or care if they don't match and blend perfectly either!
Nope they dont need to match, this is something I found out during planning. I really wanted the rooms, the BM dresses to match the hall-you will most likely never make it work. Dont stress the hall colors at all
