Did your RH put your TOTAL (including taxes and grat.) on the contract? Mine NEVER did... So when we go to make our first payment next month I am having them rewrite a new contract... I just thought it was weird that they NEVER put the total on it.. Nor did they put the DATE that the payments were due.. Just put the month....

Mine did not put the total because we don't know yet how many people will be attending. We have a minimum amount, but we can't have a total down because we may go above that minimum. I think that is standard. If you have a package deal, not pp, then it should be written down.

mine put down the total for the min guar. plus all other fees and when payments are due, waht payments have been made and how much is still owed :)

yea i dont think that they can put a total if they dont know the amount of people, mine told me the first of every other monthi have to make payments, you should prob check that out though!

nope we didn't have a total on our contract---just the price per person, the minimum and that tax and tip were extra. but we did have a payment schedule listed on the contract.
but i don't think its uncommon to omit the final total price--since you might have a # over your minimum later on.

Our RH put the total but that was for a little higher then our minimum number. They didn't put in the little extras yet that we have to decide on though. Its on the side column not added in and i hate that the bottom number is still growing..yikes!

Thanks girls! Yea we have the package deal but the package is for 100... Then just yesterday I realized that the price is set for a certain amount based on a minimum of 100 people and he put the same amount with our number of guests set at 75... So I am going to have to talk to them about that as well... If I told him to give me the 100 minimum and he told me to stick with 75, why am I paying the amount for 100? They only put the months of the payments, NOT the dates.. But we already called them about that... So now when we go next month, I seriously need a new contract and answers to alot of questions! I think we were too excited about booking to notice everything!!!!
