RH dinner dress

so our rh is the last sat in feb
anyway, FMIL bought me this adorable white black and blue dress that i never wore bc she stole my shoes and i refused to wear it to fsils shower so i bought a new dress

can i get away with a white dress in feb or is that rid?
i know shes waiting for me to wear it and i mean i do love the way it looks

I think it's cute! It wouldn't look summery at all with a black cardi. You could even wear nice boots with it if it's too cold. I always wear dresses to events in the winter. I feel silly and frumpy when I don't!
