RH - how long before the wedding....

did you go and pick the menu and do all that stuff?

we just had our tasting this week (so about 5 weeks ahead) but we didnt end up 'selecting our menu'...we do that at our FInal meeting which will be in like 2 or 3 weeks.

We selected our menu on March 9th. So it was 6 weeks before the wedding. Our hall said that was a little early compared to most other brides but I had taken the day off from work to do other wedding related things & the day was convenient for my parents, FH & I.

Hey I'm getting married at CLM a week before you, I was just there last week for something else and they told me they were just finishing the menus for May weddings and they would start calling the June weddings in a week or 2, so I wouldn't worry yet. He said they go through their calendars in order. Hope this helps.

Swan Club suggest we call them 8 weeks in advance to do our plan our menu, which is like SOON!!!!
