RH menu selection / final appt

Tomorrow evening FH and I are meeting with our bm to go over the menu - what else do we need to ask / address at this appointment? We have a few items:

1)Signature drink
2) Exit table
3) Where we want placecards set up
4) Swapping out various stations for other options
5) Time for family to arrive at RH for photos pre-CH
6) Where do the vendors eat? Do they require a table in the main ballroom? If so, do they need a cp on their table?
7) Table wine selections
8) When is final drop off?
9) How do they offer our cigars? How and where are cordials and choc. fountain set up?
10) Who collects our personal items at the end of the night (flutes, photos, cake servers, etc)
11) Where is the pizza oven / is it up and running?

Anything else? Help!!

What time can your vendors arrive?
Upgrade options?
What happens if you're under your minimum?
Will they pack up extra meals?
When is final count due?
When is final payment due?
Who does service charge include?
Who needs to be tipped?
Min/max number of people per table
How to set up favors (on the table, on a table by the door at the end, etc)

If you have a Bridal Attendant...how long does she stay with you? All night or some of the night?

Ask how fast they can set up for guests not expected... just in case ppl who decline, decide to show.

if your bridal suite has a lock? who has the key?

Will your BM be at your wedding? If not, who is your point of contact that day.

Bumping this to see if anyone has anything to add.

Also, I don't know if 'exit table' is the correct terminology, but at the Inn they tend to give guests something on the way out - I've heard cotton candy, even fresh zeppoles. It's usually a surprise . . . is my understanding.
