I don't really know, but a some halls have cut prices for 2010. SInce it's wthin the year she can probably get a great deal, especially fi she's flexible about the date. Octoer is still wedding season though, so she should get started quickly! When i was looking for my wedding some halls only had a handful of dates left in 2011, let alone 2010
