Do we have to buy our toasting flute and cake server ? or do they provide one for the reception?

I'd suggest calling your RH to make sure ...
You can also register for it, you may just get those as bridal shower gifts ........

We received toasting flutes as an engagment present. I think your reception hall should provide the cake servers, but I would check with them to make sure.
