So its 4 months before my wedding and I am going to the hall tonight to see how my centerpieces look on the table and stuff....anyway..can you think of any questions I should ask?? So far I have 1. Do you provide a cake stand? 2. What approx time will dinner be served? (its a friday night wedding)

You can ask them for a full timeline of the evening. They should be able to provide that now or send it to you after the meeting. Ask them to show you where stations will be. If you have outside vendors ask where they will be set up (cigar rollers, photoboothe...). Where will champagne welcome be?
