FH and I are going to our RH tomorrow to make a payment and to speak with the wedding coordiantor about planning the wedding. Is there anything I should be asking? I feel I want to come in there with a list and not be short-changed. Any suggestions?

Maybe touch base about your cake, menu stuff - just to make sure you have all the info in regard to timing.
If you are look at vendors now I would ask their reccos - if you have ones in mind, ask their opinion.
Also - take another walk around, you may see things you didn't notice the other times you were there. For like decorating reasons or what not.
I have a payment coming up in Feb. and those are going to be the ques I go in there asking about.

you can go in with a camera and take pics of things so you remember what you're getting yourself into
ask them what color linens they have, along with any chair covers and chair sashes (if you want them) ... ask about those prices.
you can also ask if they give you place-cards or anything else (unless you want custom ones anyway)
and i agree with weezygirl that you should get a preferred vendors list (including the officiant)
if you're thinking of having any 'extra' stuff for your wedding (like cigar rollers, candy buffet, photobooth, etc), you may want to ask about how those are handled and where they might be located.

Your going to sit with Samantha don't have any worries she really is awesome and will help you and she will be so thorough with what you need to do and if there's anything you think you forgot to ask I'm sure she will bring it up and make you both feel at ease.. And if you leave and go Oh we should of asked her this she's just a phone call away and doesn't mind the calls.. Good luck...
