RH TONIGHT!!!!

Fh and I are going to RH tonight to do menus, centerpieces, our wedding cake!!! So excited!!!

Are there any questions I should ask him? We are supposed to have a minium of 135 for the big room..but if there are no other weddings booked for that day I am wondering if our 125 will be good!!! something to consider!

We are going at 7:30 tonight!!!! YAY!!!

i would come up with a list of important things to ask that have been on your mind so this way you won't forget anything when you are there!

Make sure that you know if there is any hidden fees too!

Here are the questions I had for my RH when I went for my menu/cake meeting on Monday:

- How many bartenders will I have?

- What time can the band arrive?

- If I make a CD of songs I want played at the cocktail hour, can it be played?

- Where does the band eat?

- What time can we arrive for photos? I would like to arrive around 9:30 with my fiancé arriving around 10 – we want to take pictures from 10-12. Can I get into the bridal suite at 9:30?

- If my ceremony is only 15 mins long and ends at 1:20, will the guests go right into the cocktail hour?

- Band wants to play a 20 min set of fun music right after our first dance. What’s the schedule for food?

- Want to have as much dance time as possible. Want food to be served back to back but not rushed.

- I am concerned that people will talk my ear off. Can the maitre d / bridal attendant keep an eye on this and if we seem to be talking too much to one person, tell us that they need to see us, etc?

- Where can we take pictures? Is anywhere off limits?

- Is there a table 13?

- How do you fold the napkins? I am making menus – can they be folded around the menu and placed on each place setting?

- Can you set up the placecard table however I want it?
