RH Vent

went to our RH today to make a payment

and found out that they had a showcase on saturday and never invited us!!!!!

when we booked in october we were promised a showcase in january...january came and went and they never had one. so they gave us a private tasting, bc they knew about our first RH booking experience and we told them we wanted a tasting upon booking...tasting was great and wonderful

and they told us that they would let us know when they were doing a showcase but hadn't had one planned yet, they said they do them mostly at LOS and Villa never had one at LOB yet


let me tell you when i found out, I flipped, and walked out and didn't dare give them the check! we were planning on paying most of the hall off today but you can forget that now, Im livid!

the woman at the desk said it was her first day there, she was super nice and was like o m g im so sorry i dont know how they could over look this

i didnt get an email or invite in the mail, I did get a bill in the mail last week, they didn't forget that!

but i will be sharing plenty of works with BM about this...FH is not happy either

ye id be annoyed too!!! Thats very irresponsible of them.

That is awful....but not the first time I have heard things like this within that family of RHs
