RH with outdoor cocktail hours

Hey Everyone,

I've seen Woodbury Country Club and fell in love but want to see other places before booking.. Me and FH really want a beautiful outdoor cocktail hour.

We've seen Crest Hollow Country Club and will see Chateau La Mer and Venetian Yacht Club tomorrow. Any others with beautiful outdoor cocktail areas I should be looking at?

THE WOODLANDS...but I am bias obviously..lol..I have seen many others and Bridgeview Yacht Club, West Sayville Country Club, Timberpoint Mansion all had nice areas for outdoor cocktail hours

I'm biased too--Watermill has a beautiful outdoor cocktail hour and a great alternative room for rain =)

Even with my bias...I have to agree, Watermill does have a beautiful outdoor area....But I will say Woodbury Country Club outdoor areas are gorgeous!

VYC doesn't have a huge outdoor area for cocktail hour. There is a patio but it's not huge. The view is amazing though.

Crest Hollow is really nice with the pool and all.

I agree with all of the above. Watermilll does have a beautiful cocktail hour - we've been to a few weddings there. The Riveria in Mass does have a nice outside on the water; however, I have never eaten there so I am not sure how food is.

im bias we loved the way our cocktail hour looked at the fox hollow..i had my moh go outside and take pics while i hung out in the bridal suite...my dh went outside with all the guys while i stayed back

I'm not a fan of outdoor cocktail hours because of possible outdoor weather issues, but a very small reception hall in comparison to others, that has a very small outdoor cocktail hour on its patio with good water views though is Trumpets at the Gate. There weren't too many reviews on this website so the FI and I checked it out. Its toward the end of a road and there is a small dock you could take pictures at within walking distance. Waterviews if you like that kind of thing. Very pretty at different angles. In Eastport, NY.

Yes, they have a large area outside right on the bay!

I have to say that Watermill had one of the best outdoor cocktails I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO..It was beautiful and amazing food :)

Definitely the Riviera! The food was AMAAAAAAAAAAZING. People are still raving about it. And the view is gorgeous, there are some pics in my album and review if you want to see!
