if I put a small rheinstone on vellum (on my invites) do you think it will come off in the mail.
I glued one on, with crazy glue, and it feels steady - but you never know what happends in the mail.

Re: rheinstone on vellum???
It should be ok as long as the card is in the envelope.. just to be sure, you can mail yourself one as a test OR have them hand cancelled

Re: rheinstone on vellum???
You could also try hot glue- I think it would hold better. I would squirt the glue on the side and dip the rhinestone in it so it doesn't get too much glue on it.

I don't think the hot glue would burn the vellum as long as you don't squirt the hot glue directly on it.

I think crazy glue or nail glue is your best bet, you'd have to pick at it for it to come off.

Re: rheinstone on vellum???
well, i went with grazy glue and it's on there. Sending mom invite tomorrow to see if it survives mail. (it's so small I'd thin it will)

I would think it would stay, but who knows with the mailmen. Good Luck.

Re: rheinstone on vellum???
Mines had rhinestones on vellum too. I had them hand stamped at the PO, and there weren't any problems.
The rsvps came back to me w/rhinestones also in tact.
