rhodesian ridgebacks!

not like we are in the market for a dog, but i've always thought these dogs were awesome. does anyone have a personal experience with them?

that is what prompted me to write. i think these dogs are so great...i'm a big dog girl, we've always had shepards or retrievers or something of a nice size, so these dogs look right for me. i have only met one once or twice.

I coworker once got a puppy and brought it to work a few times. It was such a sweet dog!

ohhh.. someone i know broke up with her husband and he wouldnt keep the dog (it was hers) and the new landlord wouldnt let her either.. she put ads in the paper, asked around, nothing, so she is currently in the Islip shleter. her name is Sasha.. go get her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i wish!!!! but we can't have pets in our apartment. ohhhh, her ex is a ba$tard for not wanting the dog.

sorry, but i feel bad for the dog that he can't be had or isn't wanted.

My mother used to be Bob Guccione's wife assistant and I think they had two or three Ridgebacks ... they are beautiful and from what I can remember from the company outing at their house, the dogs were incredibly gentle and well behaved ... just wandering around nonchallantly

They're beautiful!!!

One of my clients has one, I always love going to her house b/c I love seeing the dog!!! She is the SWEETEST!!! She sits right by my massage table & watches me give her 'Mommy' a massage the entire time.
She's so gentle, I just adore her!

yes..sort of... there is one in our puppy kindergarten class. The teacher says...They don't like being told what to do. or held down. otherwise she is cute but big.
