My MOH is going to get engaged soon and wants to have a non traditional wedding...she wants to be the only bride at the RH, 100 people, somewhere close to the north shore....any ideas for her. She also likes the idea of getting married in a mansion or even a really nice restaurant on the water... I am drawing a blank for her and I was hoping you girls had something!!!

Re: RH's
Maybe she should look at the Glen Cove Mansion. It's absolutely gorgeous. I would have loved it there but it was way out of our price range

The Thatched Cottage may have what she is looking for.

Re: RH's
San Souci in Sea Cliff is a really nice place. And a one wedding venue. We went there, but it wasn't big enough for our needs. BUT it was our second choice.
I went to Sans Souci this weekend and they said they need a minimum of 125 people. I was requesting a Saturday night, so maybe an afternoon has a smaller minimum, but 100 people might be cutting it close there! It's a gorgeous place but there's no way we could guarantee 125!

Try the Woodlands. I'm not sure what their minimum is, but it's a gorgeous mansion that only does one wedding at a time. On Southwoods Road in Woodbury.
