FH and I are down to our Top 3 RH choices. One of them is a big name hall that will no doubt be around for decades...(they have at least 6 weddings every weekend!)
The other two are smaller, less-popular halls. Do you think I have to worry about them possibly not surviving this next year??

If you post the names that would give us a better idea.

List all the names for better feedback....but even with limited information, I would go with the one with brand recognition.

Re: RH's surviving the economy...
Six weddings a weekend is a lot. I know that this might be the one with more recognition but two weddings at once is enough. Go with the one who will take the time to give you individualized attention. Even if you are not the only wedding there, I would still go with the one that gives me the best feeling from the staff, to the location, decor, and of course budget, lol.

I'm sure that even if a RH was to close down there would be so much notice that you'd be fine. ANd I doubt it would close in the next 12 months anyway.
Also-I think I've heard somewhere about Wedding Insurance. Maybe look into that?

I prefer a place that does 1 wedding at a time. What places are you considering

Hi Katie! Since I know one of the ones that you are looking at I would say dont worry- they are booked with no less than 3 events a weekend- but whats nice about them is that they are one event at a time and you get all their attention- good luck!
