So calling all over today I get this one BM who says to me that 'You don't want to use the centerpieces that the places provide, trust me and I'll tell you why when you come to see the place.' I know he was saying it because they don't provide them but, is there another reason? Anyone know of anyone that had a problem with theirs?

Re: Rhs with centerpieces
Our RH provides CPs but they are a bit too simple for me- like 6 roses and a crapload of baby's breath in a clear vase. I'd rather take the $8 per table credit for them and choose something I like.
I wouldn't take a BM's word for it though- you aren't obligated to use the CPs a hall provides, so if you like the RH, you can always find your own florist, or Upgrade the included CPs

Re: Rhs with centerpieces
My RH gives us centerpieces that are a mirror with votives aroung the outside and then just a vase with carnations. A tad too simple for my liking... so I am taking use of the mirrors and votives but adding my own centerpieces of flowers to it. I wouldn't take the BM word for it either. I would want to see them.

Re: Rhs with centerpieces
I didn't like the ones my RH were giving either so I used one of there florists and got a 30% discount on what I did want....not a bad deal!
