i've been thinking about doing this. FH's cousin just had them at her wedding, that i went to yesterday. i was a little upset b/c i was hoping to be the first in his family to use them, but whatever right! i just don't want her to think i copied. anywho...hers look like she made them herself. she bought plastic dowels and tied white and turquoise ribbon around them with a small bell. they don't look too difficult to make, maybe just a little time consuming and just have patience!
