I know how to make them, I don't really have a recipe, my grandma taught me how to make them so I never really measure anything...I wish I could explain it to you.

I love rice balls here is my friends grandmas.......
Ingrediants.... 1 pound of cooked rice 5 slices of stale bread ( toast them if you don't have time to leave them out to get stale) A clove of garlic 2 1/2 cups of parmasian or romano cheese Salt pepper 2 Eggs chopped or dried parsley not too much
Mix it all together make sure you break the bread up reallly tiny and crumpily. Mix it in all together good. Start rolling the balls in your hand like a meatball then drop into heated pan of EV Olive Oil and turn them every few minutes until they are golden brown!
