I`ve seen them. Try ultimatewedding.com, click on shopping and do a search for them. They seem to have everything you could possibily need in their 'mall.'

The are pretty easy to make if you have a sewing machine available. Cut the material into long strips, fold in half good sides together and sew up the open sides to make a tube. Cut the tubes to make the length you want for the roses. The wrong side of the material will be showing so you have to turn the good side out. Then attach one end of the tube to a wire stem with floral tape(can buy in any craft store). Put rice in open end of tube, and fold ends in to make it look like a rose.
