My favorite exercise music is by the band Underworld. They did the big hit song ('Born Slippy') from the _Trainspotting_ movie. I also like '80s new wave stuff.

I could never lsten to either fo thoe radio stations. I HATE the music. let me tell you more . I ONLY listen to 104.3 and sometimes 101.1 and 92.3...I'm a big classic rock fan, I hate pop. I like SOME dance and R&B...I need something that's not cheesy, but sitll has a beat. I don't want to listen to teh radio, I'd rahter make aplay list of songs I can tolerate. Any specific song suggestions?

Can you give examples of bands that you like? That might help me think of some song suggestions (from other, similar bands).

I love The Who, Nirvana, Chicago, Counting Crows, The beatles, Steve Miller Band, ...we could be here all day, but it's not wrkout music....the only R&B or dance songs I have on my iPod right now are
Can't Stop the Rock by Apollo 440 Something by Sean paul 'don't mess with my girl/man' 'daisy dukes 'put your *** into it'
Some collection, huh?

Sorry. I don't particularily care for KTU or Z100 either... but if you are totally against both of those stations... the stuff I would recommend would be similar music.
There are some new songs out there... i posted a different thread.
Here are some songs that you might not have heard on the radio yet. Dont hold me to the exact names and titles.
The new Jojo & Lil Bow Wow song (forget the name)
Drive Me Crazy - Kevin Lyttle
Lets Go - Lil John & Trick Daddy
Let Me Love You - Mario
You make me wannabe - Mariah Carey and Jadakiss (i think)
There is also a new Snoop song that goes something like 'Drop it like its hard'
Deported - Sean Paul
Breathe, Stretch, Shake - Mase
