Okay, so I am looking into purchasing a garter on Etsy and the seller states that the garter stretches a specific number of inches. I want to measure (because I'm paranoid about these things) but I'm not sure...where on your leg do you wear a garter exactly? I know above the knee but approximately how high above the knee? Sorry if this is a silly question.

Just make sure it's not too big!
I had my bridal salon measure me and I ordered accordingly. I kept feeling the darn thing slide down throughout the wedding. I wished I had bought a smaller sized one so it would stay.
